Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 / L3 Network operations support
- Provide Technical Support to Network devices
- Managing of Cisco Routers and Switches
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades.
- Prepare incident reports on troubleshoot findings solution
- Any other ad-hoc related tasks.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Computer Science / Computer Engineering or Related
- Min. 3 years experience in Cisco and Alcatel Switches
- Experience in Network device is a plus
- Cisco Certifications, (CCNA / CCNP) is a plus
