Responsibilities
- Responsible in using business analysis, flow charts, activities diagrams, document analysis, workflow analysis for process discussion and documentation.
- Responsible in interpretating business needs and translating them into applications and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and project management skills
- Responsible in generating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems and gaps, figuring out opportunities and solutions for business
- Responsible in gathering data from various sources by analyzing business processes, studying data infrastructure, etc. Creating new, experimental frameworks to collect data
- Responsible in transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
- Responsible in collaborating actively with cross functional department, stakeholders to analyze information needs and requirements and delivering use cases, interface designs as and when required
- Responsible in driving process simplification, standardization, and digitalization by gathering best know methods across regions
- Responsible in accessing the implications of business change, analyzing and mapping business processes and identifying the activities needed to transition to new ways of working
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree / Masters degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Business
- Experience in working in manufacturing industries and supporting in manufacturing operations is a bonus
- Experience with SAP ERP, PLM, MES, and CRM systems, related processes is a bonus
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools is a bonus
