Location: Island-wide
Salary Range: $2.5K – $3.5K + AWS + VB
- Handling PC support, Printer, Windows 10, Mac OS / iOS and Microsoft Office 2016
- Provide remote and on-site technical service & troubleshooting issues on hardware / software
- Configure and install various network devices and services such as IPv4 and IPv6, MAC, DNS, SSID, WiFi 5 and 6
- Work on cloud system based on client’s requirement by utilizing cloud services and tools such as OneDrive, Office365, Dropbox, Druva, etc
- Lead PDPA compliance for IT staff and the service provides
- Manage End User Computing (EUC) inventory of software and hardware
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma in IT / Cyber Security or equivalent
- With 2 – 3 year(s) of relevant working experience
- No Experience is welcomed to apply
- Able to communicate / write well using basic English
- Experience in Cyber-security such as Phishing, SPAM, Trojans, Security Patches, etc.
