Deskside Support Engineers x 5 ($2,800) ref:JT

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 6pm)

12 months contract (renewable)

Salary range: $2,800


  • 1st and 2nd  level diagnosing, identifying, resolving end user reported IT equipment issues
  • Breakfix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
  • Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
  • Coordination and liaison with customer or other support teams
  • Focus on SLA and resolution process


  • Min Diploma in IT or relevant
  • Min 1 year of deskside support experience
  • Posses knowledge of AD account , basic network security
