Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 6pm)
12 months contract (renewable)
Salary range: $2,800
Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd level diagnosing, identifying, resolving end user reported IT equipment issues
- Breakfix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
- Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- Coordination and liaison with customer or other support teams
- Focus on SLA and resolution process
Requirements
- Min Diploma in IT or relevant
- Min 1 year of deskside support experience
- Posses knowledge of AD account , basic network security
