Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting PC and Network related problems
- Ensure Backups are successful and properly done
- Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
- Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls
- Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams
- Attend to client’s request for IT Products
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Information Technology
- Min 2 year experience as IT Support Engineer
- Skillset: VMware setup, configuration
- Backup Systems
- System – Windows, Linux, VMware
- Windows AD setup & migration, SCCM setup and configuration
