Salary Range: $2.5K-$3K +AWS +VB
5 working days, Mon – Fri , Normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot and configure desktop application and windows operating systems
- Provide Operations support on Desktop/Laptop/Printer, setup and support
- Provide support to customer’s issues via email, phone or onsite
- Ensure project documents are completed and application testing to be done
- Diagnose service requests and incidents and resolve technical issues
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience in IT desktop support.
- Knowledge on Windows operating system
- Excellent customer service and communication skill
