The client, a US Based MNC Bank located in the central area of Singapore is looking for an experienced candidate who is able to commit a 1 year contract who could help them out with Windows 10 migration & IT Support.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Windows 7 to Windows 10 Migration
- IT Support, Desktop Support
- Assist in troubleshooting as well as support to VVIP/ Senior Management users
- Handle urgent requests from users
- Work with other support groups to handle requests efficiently
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Related with prior migration experience & IT Support experience.
- Able to commit 1 year contract
- Candidates with many technical expertise is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in supporting VVIP users / difficult users will be an added advantage
