Responsibilities
- To lead project to completion meeting project delivery date
- Developing and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components providing user support at on-site and/or remote support
- To configure and administer network, OS, storage and backup in multiple infrastructure platforms
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
- Performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
- As focal point with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues
- Skillsets on NetApp Storage hardware, configuration and management software
- Skillsets on Hitachi Storage hardware, configuration and management software
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT Related
- Microsoft and VMware certification is a plus
- Min. 3 years in SAN hardware, specifically EMC, or Netapps
- Basic Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, network, storage and backup
- Familiar with server, storage & backup solutions
- Skillsets on NetApp Storage hardware / Hitachi Storage hardware configuration and management software
