Salary Range: $3K-$4k + AWS + VB
5 working days, Mon – Fri , Normal office hours
Location: Various
Responsibilities
- Provide IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops etc
- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination and resolution
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office
- Install software operating system and office applications (MS Office) antivirus and relevant hardware drivers
- Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
- Perform service request related to client platforms.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Information Technology or relevant
- At least 1 year experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge on Windows operating system
- Possess IT skills in desktop hardware
