Desktop Support Engineer ($2k -$3k / No Exp Req) Ref: JY

Salary Range: $2K-$3K + VB + allowance + commission  
5 working days, Mon – Fri , Normal office hours
Location: Various

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7 / Windows 10 operating systems / Microsoft Office 2010 and 2016
• Support and troubleshoot PC/network and server.
• Provide IT Application support for end-users in house application.
• Deploy, setup and repair laptops, desktops or printers
• Provide L1 & L2 support.
• To follow up closely on outstanding cases.
• Support project implementation when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in computer studies or relevant.
• No experience is welcome to apply.
• Class 3 License is a plus
• Proficient in Ms software (MS Office, Ms-Outlook, Anti-virus software, Internet browsers etc).
• Knowledge on Windows Operating systems.
•  Willing to travel island wide
