System Engineer ($4500 + AWS+VB/ ITIL/ MCSE/VCA) ref: JT

• Oversee the daily system ensuring incidents and requests in SLA to imprpve IT services
• To handle system defects and integration and performance issues
• Coordinate with vendors ensuring services are secure and compliant by identifying issues and violations
• Perform upgrading of systems by implementing and maintaining security controls
• To perform management and propose viable upgrades to existing system
• Familiar with server, storage & backup solutions
• To be involved in IT audit

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT Related
• Certified in either ITIL / MCSE/ VCA/VCP (VMWare Certifications)
• ​Min. 2 years in server OS Administration (Windows and Microsoft Exchange 2010 and above)
• ​Server adminstration ie. Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Database , Patching and Backup
