Responsibilities
- Responsible to support request by clients within agreed SLA and conduct routine system check
- Handle troubleshooting for all hardware, software and application issues
- Escalate and follow up with vendors to resolve issues
- Handle standard documentation ie incident report, manual guides and inventory report
- Ad hoc projects allocated
- Degree in IT / Computer related
- Min 2 years experience
- Proficient in Linux (RedHat) domain and Database (Oracle RAC, SQL Server), Networking (Dell, CISCO), Firewall (Fortinet)
- Experience in Virtualisation is advanatge
