- Support all incoming technical calls and handle customer trouble ticket creations, incident status update and ensure proper case closure.
- Ensure and maintain health of the NMS and other supporting systems
- Monitor and proactively respond to Network Management System (NMS) alerts
- Support all incoming technical fault calls
- Responsible to create and track trouble tickets to closure
- Ensure data input into ticketing system is accurate and complete with appropriate detail
- Diploma in Engineering / IT / Relevant with minimum 3 years working experience in a NOC environment
- Min 2 years experience in NOC environment
- Experience on using Network Management Systems(NMS) to manage network
- Knowledge of Fiber network, IP, Transmission.
