5 working days, Mon – Fri , rotating shifts
Responsibilities
- Focal point of contact to coordinate with in-house technicians to resolve data centre issues
- Perform power cycles, troubleshooting and replacing failed components ie. AOC, PSU, hard drive
- Responsible for simple cabling and link testing work and installing equipment, especially final inspections
- To receive products to the data center and manage on-site assets, inventory and asset management report
- Daily reporting and audit logs report submission
- Ensure the security of the data center and ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Min ITE / Diploma in IT related
- Min 1 year data center or IT device related work experience
- Basic knowledge of server hardware and network
- Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment such as pallet jacks, server lifts, etc.
- Possess good coordination skills and ability to communicate with all levels
