Responsibilities
- Maintain extensive knowledge on our company products
- Schedule and conduct product training sessions for new and existing customers
- Conduct product demo sessions as and when required
- Provide and develop internal/product training sessions to other teams and other materials as needed
- Support clients with transition projects to include product upgrade and training
- Respond to customer queries during training/presentation
- Help trainee to troubleshoot any issue related to training environment and lab exercises.
- Able to travel to provide on-site training sessions to overseas customers
Requirements:
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or similar with at least 2 years’ software development experience in Internet technology in Java
- At least 1 year’s of experience in software training delivery
- Knowledge of learning management systems including experience in developing online learning
- Knowledge in Linux and Docker
- Ability to self-start, manage and administer training programs
- Able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing
