Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage MIS related projects and implementation schedule on ERP progression
- Develop and deliver regular project communications on status report documentation and presentation
- Provide functional support and ensure that application environments, licensing, and resources are made available.
- To lead and manage UAT and follow up on reported application related issues
- Configure & optimize Microsoft Application which include sales CRM, Sharepoint, NAV, Office 365.
- Responsible for IT projects Training documentation and User Guide for training purpose
- Coordinate with operations and stakeholders to implement projects and key issues
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge in IT Project Management skills, Update on IT Trend is advantage
