Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies that support the business objectives and goals
- Involve in full recruitment cycle from – job advertising, shortlisting, interview, preparation of offer package and etc.
- Preparation of employment contracts, certification letters and HR related matters
- Involve in on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Involve in talent management and development strategies
- Identify Training Needs and sourcing for relevant programs
- Assist in Annual Performance management process
- Involve in employee engagement
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of HR Experience (corporate experience is an added advantage but not a must)
- Preferably from the building/construction, M&E, Facilities Management industry or related background
- Degree in HRM or any related field and able to write and speak well
- Well versed in MOM rules and regulations, including resourceful in applying for subsidies, grants, and claims etc from various related statutory board or government ministries and etc.
