Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- manage, conduct review of the BMS points schedule, alarm list, paging and graphic user interface (GUI);
- manage and conduct testing and commissioning of the BMS system in accordance to technical specifications;
- manage and supervise the Building Management System;
- oversee and implement the usage of all the available BMS tools and software available for the effective monitoring and tracking all aspects of operation and maintenance works. In addition, BMS engineer can recommend improvements to the system to increase user operability;
- manage the BMS database and generate regular reports and records;
- carry out planned inspections, quality control, and supervision of FMC technicians, and sub-contractors including those appointed by the Corporation;
- deal with incidents, complaints, breakdowns and repairs. Be fully competent in providing engineering and technical assessment in trouble-shooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to be executed by the sub-contractors and other service providers;
- Handling ACMV issues and all the BMS controlled M&E equipment interface issues; and any other work necessary for effective operations of the Property or as directed by the SO.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of BMS interface design, implementation, setup and programming using ModBus, BACnet or other protocols.
- Be knowledgeable of the different BMS systems such as system, architect, controller programming, on-site testing & commissioning of sensors or meters.
