PROJECT MANAGER($6000-$10,000/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$10k + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Plan and Setup Master Schedule for Projects
• Execute Projects According to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget
• Preparation of Progress Reports
• Troubleshoot and Recover from Unexpected Delays
• Resolve on-site Contractual Issues with Good Documentation for Recording Purposes
• Coordinate Works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers
• Lead the Project Team while Complying to our Company’s ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
• Manage Projects Independently

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore building and construction industry
• Preferably worked in LTA projects (i.e. MRT) and/ or Conservation Projects
• Good Interpersonal Skills & Ability to Work under Pressure
