PROJECT MANAGER ($4000-$6500/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed in time and within cost budget and is in accordance to the main con given schedule.
• Develop & maintain a detailed project plan.
• Make key organisation/commercial decisions for the project.
• Prioritise project goals with other ongoing project.
• Maintain good relationship with project team. Communicating with other key organisation representatives.
• Record, manage and resolve project issues where necessary, including any variation works that will incur addition cost and time implication.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Manage consultant input within the project budget.

Requirements

• · Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Strategic thinking and self-initiation
• Good communication skills and positive mindset
