Location:  Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Refine and realize the product and service strategy based on customer needs and in line with the Business Unit.
• Lead project tenders and deliver inspection service.
• Define and implement processes and mechanisms to control and continuously improve the SFI model and overall product quality.
• Develop, deliver and communicate Market and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justifications.
• Scope and set up the infrastructure and operational environment to deliver the product efficiently.
• Work closely with global domain experts, business owners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an aligned approach to create maximum impact.
• Improve existing product features and enhance the product’s value proposition.
• Identify, implement and manage the partnership and licensing models with partners and clients.

Requirements

• Qualification of delivering façade inspections according to BCA requirements.
• More than 5 years of experience in the building inspection business.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and program management skills with a proven track record of turning projects into commercial success.
• Expertise in developing new products and services would be a plus.
