Responsibilities
- Develop the market in Thailand ; Sales lead generation role /
- Responsible for P&L, cashflow, Profitability and growth revenue of Thailand region
- Conduct market research and implement business strategies
- Recruitment and expands manpower size in Bangkok
- Coordinate with agents, architectures and distributors on projects
- Responsible for projects and negotiation
- Achieve annual sales kPI & objectives
Requirements
- Prior Experience in Bangkok / Thailand business setup
- Experience in sales & operation management
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Dealing with developers and architecture etc
- Good planning strategies
Location: Bangkok/ Thailand
Salary range: $7K – $9K
