Responsibilities
- Actively engaged in meetings with stakeholders in building strong client relationship
- Prepare and review of prequalification and tender documents
- Develop marketing intelligence for new project leads in Singapore and other Region.
- Leadership in bidding projects by collaborating with other departments to support business objectives and client requirements
- Streamlined operational efficiencies by delivering recommendations and value engineering solutions to projects.
- Ensure tender submission within timeline given
- Improve competitive solutions & cost competitive during tender which resulted in savings and improved profit margins.
- Developed and implemented favorable pricing structures balancing company’s objectives against client’s targets.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or relevant qualification
- Min 8 years related experience in Construction Industry
- Extensive experience working with contractors, consultants, developers or relevant authorities
- Excellent in networking with Clients and Consultants
