Training Coordinator (Rail) ( $4500-$6500/AWS/VB )

$6500+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house and contract technical training as required by Training Matrix and other technical training requirements based on need.
• Prepare training schedule by coordinating will related stakeholders, Manage training, certification, and re-certification records.
• Design training programs and conduct trainings
• Manage training reports, conduct written tests, performance review and development plan
• Close follow-up with System Engineering team (globally) to collate al the training requirements.
• Close follow-up with designated suppliers for each sub-system for all the inputs on training. Coordinate and arrange all the training scope and schedule with the suppliers (for all the cases where the sub-suppliers are executing the training)
• Respond to all customer comments on the training scope and be present to address face-to-face comments from the customer during the course of the training planning.
• Be the single point of contact for all training requirements including the on-site/Global coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experienced in designing training programs and conduct training
• Excellent in communication skills (verbal and in writing)
• Vast exposure to rail industry
