Senior Accounts Associate ( $3500-$4500/AWS/VB )ref: AK

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all payroll processing for all employees
• Responsible payroll costing for input to SAP and pass JVs
• Handle government related payroll administration such as National service, Maternity, Childcare leave, Foreign worker levy, Tax clearance for foreign workers
• Responsible for Payroll accounts reconciliation and SOX Controls
• Responsible accounts payable transactions and processing, liaise with GBS on vendor master, and problem solving on payment issues, GST, exchange rate, pricing issues, etc
• Support audit queries on Payroll related and Payables matters
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Accounts Payable Fixed Asset administration

Requirements

• Degree with 2 years’ experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of EasyPay would be an advantage
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
