Quantity Surveyor ( $3000-$4000/AWS/VB )ref: TF

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare work schedules of employees at site.
• Facilitate technical guidance and support to the site team.
• Attend site visits and tender show round.
• Regularly monitor site’s activities.
• Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related issues promptly, fairly and consistently.
• Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies.
• Ability to resolve difficult situations and implement immediate solution.
• Able to help out with tenders and secure projects

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or any relevant degree
• Well-versed in MS Office, AutoCAD
• Landscape architects experience are welcome.
• Responsible, trustworthy, organised with positive work attitude and sense of urgency.
