Job Description :
- To perform QC on raw and machine parts
- To perform hardness, in-process
- To prepare the dimensional, hardness and receiving inspection reports as per customer requirements
- Ensure all measuring, monitoring and testing equipment are in working condition and within calibration period.
- Prepare Reports
- Understand customer BOM and drawing requirements
- To perform gauge setting
- Raise NCR
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Dimensional and Hardness inspections in Oil & Gas Industry
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
- Understand customer BOM and drawing requirements
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Exposure to API requirements will be an added advantage
