$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: South
Responsibilities
- Managing and leading R&D activities on membrane module development (Potting, Cutting, Rework)
- Leading material screening and compatibility study
- Managing operations protocol, process control, data collection, data analysis, and reporting (presentation and report writing)
- Supporting membrane testing and membrane characterization (MWCO, conditioning, and etc)
- Initiating project to improve quality, cost, and yield by using design of experiment, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and etc
- Supporting scaling up program such as equipment design, procurement, and evaluation
- Chemical inventory and contractor management
- Training and mentoring junior staffs such as technician and intern
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Material, Mechanical, and any other relevant disciplines)
- 2-3 years’ experience in module fabrication, module design, membrane testing, and system design is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in polymer and material compatibility
- Project management and data analysis skills
