Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive leasing business plan and strategy and conceptualize/review of trade and tenant mix
- Accountable for the full spectrum of lease management operations
- Maximise rental income and occupancy of the retail properties in the portfolio
- Review and meet mall’s annual rental budgets
- Review and analyse tenants’ trading performance across malls and within properties
- Track the lease renewals and leasing progress
- Engage with Key tenants on lease renewals negotiation
- Provide strategic advice as part of the management team and business support to the business units
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in retail and commercial leasing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
