Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of the department
- Manage the operational work related to the complete property lifecycle on cluster level, including transaction management, construction management and facility management
- Manage investment approvals on cluster levels and prepare related section for approval
- Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and business leaders and en-sure customer satisfaction
- Steer cluster-wide demands and secure optimal provision of space and services
- Evaluate status of locations and define actions
- Support site representatives in cluster in execution of facility management operations and their compliance to SOPs and local law
- Responsible for related budget & savings planning’s in the cluster, to support the savings planning process.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Real Estate and good knowledge of real estate environment is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
