Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Arrange for routine and periodic building maintenance.
- Ensure smooth operations of building and M&E equipment
- Call for quotations and recommend necessary maintenance works
- Call tenders for expiring term contracts, summarize and recommend engaging the most suitable contractors for service
- Liaise with tenants to ensure necessary submissions and on progress of their fitting out works
- Ensure renovation / reinstatement procedures are carried out properly according to the house rule / by law
- Supervision of maintenance / enhancement works by contractors and ensure that contractors perform their services according to specifications
- Troubleshoot building services failures
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Electrical, mechanical, building structural and ACMV knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
