$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide support of daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
- Supervise and inspect the works of the service providers.
- Work with internal Building Operations team in providing building resolutions during the fit-out phase or on tenants’ feedback.
- Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
- Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
- Ensure that the carpark system is in order.
- Attend and manage any emergencies on site.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in building operations & commercial buildings is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
