Responsibilities
- Desktop hardware (PC, Notebook, Printer, etc.) troubleshooting, standard repair and escalation to the appropriate hardware vendors
- Software (Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating System, Standard Software, In-house Applications, etc.) troubleshooting, standard repair and escalation to appropriate software vendors
- Printer and Scanner support
- Dial-up/Broadband/VPN support and Server remote eye/hands support
- LAN/WAN remote eye/hands support and IT Asset Management
- Manage service requests and incidents to ensure KPIs are met
- Provide regular management reports and updates
Requirements
- Diploma in IT
Min 2 years experience in Desktop - Able to commit 3 months contract
