Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the activities of the business while ensuring profitability.
- Establish company vision and goals of the company and develop suitable reporting tools to monitor ongoing performance.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance by all relevant parties.
- Provide strategic advice to the board of directors and other internal stakeholders.
- Main company representative when dealing with external stakeholders, government officials, business partners and related parties.
- Communicate company reports and achievements to the board, shareholders, and business partners.
- Supervise executives and managers and provide leadership and motivation to all employees.
- Lead and supervise risk management activities of the company.
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
