Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Oversee, Manage and Ensure smooth internal / external production and undisrupted workflow for repair team.
- Coordinate, Assign and Direct daily routine work for employees
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting
- Forward-looking to potential issues arising from operations / output
- Highlight potential issues that affect output and operations
- Ensure good housekeeping at work stations
- Ensure, Manager and Enforce high productivity / standards in production team’s raw materials, scrap and repairs’ processes & quality.
- Coordinate maintenance and replacement for all equipment used
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in production jewellery
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Knowledge on different metals, alloys, gemstones and production process
- Positive attitude with good communication and leadership skills
