Responsibilities
- Embark on a 6-month intensive program with various training in different departments ie. operations, sales/supply chain, marketing, group leader management, etc.
- Highly keen in learning new skills, responsible, able to work independently and have initiative
- After the end of the program, you will be assessed on your work performance and capabilities to build and manage our business units
- Supply Chain/Sales: Source and liaise with various suppliers to purchase suitable products for the platform, catering to the demands and trends
- Group Leader Management: Manage all group leaders (hosts) and provide answers to pre-sales enquiries, maintain database of the group leaders
- Marketing: Perform research and formulate marketing campaigns, handle social media advertising, create marketing collaterals and materials
- Operations: Inventory and order management, delivery arrangements
- E-commerce tech training
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Eager and hungry to learn
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate, energetic and a team player
- May be required to travel overseas occasionally (after COVID-19 regulations are lifted)
