Responsibilities
- Handle bulk and contanierized shipments
- Handle Letter of Credits, LC confirmation and Bank Guarantee
- Prepare invoice with the use of SAP or other related systems
- Manage full spectrum of export shipping documentation and operation
- Liaise with buyers, suppliers, ship-brokers, freight forwarders and etc. (Coordinate shipment for smooth loading and delivery)
- Follow up and update on any necessary demurrages or shipping claims
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics /Shipping or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Containerised shipments / Bulk commodities
- Experience in Letter Of Credit (LC)
- Well-organized and excellent communication skill
