5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

 Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing, identifying, resolving end user reported IT equipment issues
  • Breakfix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
  • Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool
  • Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software
  • Proactive update and follow up to end users
  • Focus on SLA and resolution process

Requirements

  • Diploma in any IT related field
  • 1 – 2 years of IT related working experience
  • Basic IT knowledge in Windows 10 and basic network setup troubleshooting
  • Possess excellent communication skills
