This is a new plant setup in Singapore which requires motivated person with high initiatives, hands-on capability and good chemical knowledge, particularly in the area of cleaning chemistry.
Opportunity for training in USA to transfer the chemistry technology and production methodology to Singapore
Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products
- Coordinate and perform tests and analyze data to develop conclusions and communicate results of analysis and research
- Design processes and equipment for large-scale manufacturing, plan and test production methods and byproducts treatment, and direct facility operations
- Observing production processes, conducting research and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality
- To assist production, customer support, QA, logistic and R&D in the normal running of operation
- Designing, proposing, implementing, reviewing and correcting plans to ensure company goals are achieved with establishing budgets and timelines
- Travel to work sites and locations to learn about project needs and design
Requirements
- Degree in Science/Chemistry and/or certifications as a Chemical Engineer
- Min 2 years’ relevant experience
- To setup the manufacturing facilities, SOP and Quality standard in Singapore and Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of engineering science and technology including the safe use and disposal of chemicals
