Engineer Failure Analysis ($3.5K – $4.5K / AWS / VB) RC

Able to perform advanced & detailed chemical analysis work on FA jobs
Ensure timely support to Fab excursion and key issues
Able to lead shift team for 24/7 FA operations support
Alert fab and relevant departments when OOC/OOS detected in chemical/process monitoring and ensure close follow-up
Execute chemical analysis development strategies to support new technology development and new materials/chemicals introduced
Compile FA report and update completed job into FA database
Document FA findings, the root-causes and recommend corrective actions.
Participate and provide FA advice in Fab yield engineering activities
Ensure that respective chemical analysis operation runs smoothly to meet KPI
Contribute in technical papers publication and paper presentation
Lead in continuous improvement project
Provide FA support and advice on quality monitoring/qualification programs

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
