Responsibilities
- To lead and identify site capex projects for the year.
- Lead the process of CAR approval for identified capex projects.
- To lead independent capex projects by applying the full sets of project management tools and knowledge.
- To overall monitor and assess the ongoing capex projects impacts between each other to ensure positive productivity within budget and schedule and no influence on normal operations.
- To track and manage site capex cash flow to ensure alignment with corporate yearly target assigned to the site.
- To provide monthly capex cash flow forecast to Finance.
- To track and manage site capex project schedule to ensure completion on schedule and no interruption to normal operations.
- To provide support on project management to site capex projects.
Requirements
- Minimum: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material) or Science (Physics, Chemistry, Material) or relevant discipline or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing industries, with 3+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Versed in MS Project. Computer literacy in MS Office. Word. SAP Experience is a plus.
- Good understanding on GMP/GDP/FDA requirement.
