Responsibilities
- Responsible for Software/Hardware diagnose and provide solutions to restore/repair on all PC & Network equipment issue.
- To install Implementation, configurations, administration and develop IT security policies and procedures of Server, Network, Firewall, Servers and IT Security Solutions
- Provide new design of IT infrastructure to clients customers
- Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation/reporting to ensure efficient planning and implementation
- Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls
- In charge for providing customer support to optimize customer satisfaction and meet SLA
Requirements
- Min. diploma/ degree in IT
- Min 2 years experience in Ivanti Patching
- Possess Technical background for the following OS & Hypervisor: Windows, Oracle Linux , Linux,VMware, Linux Hypervisor
