IT Support Engineer (Central / $3K-$4K + AWS + VB) ref: JT

$3K-$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

• To provide support for IT administration and troubleshooting PC and Network related problems
• Ensure Backups are successful and properly done and provider recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
• Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams and assist in IT security policies and procedures
• Implementation and configuration of Network, Firewall, Servers and IT Security Solutions
• Provide IT / Desktop / Laptop Support including network and related office equipment troubleshoot
• Provide ERP (NAV/D365 BC/LS Retails) support and troubleshooting for the
  subsidiaries in the region
• IT asset inventory recording and maintenance

• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology
• Min 2 year experience as Support Engineer
• Technical knowledge with strong computer literacy skills
• Possess excellent communication to communicate with vendors
