Warehouse Manager ( $3000-$3500/AWS/VB )ref: AK

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Be the first person of contact for any performance or operational questions of your warehouse
• Know your warehouse like the back of your hand and you can answer any question with regards to the warehouse and its processes
• Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis
• Manage your own warehouse team consisting of supervisors, pickers and riders including scheduling
• To manage the end to end aspect of daily fulfillment operations; inbound management to stock handling, storing and order dispatching in line with established service levels
• Analyze data around sales, customers, and delivery to make informed decisions on how to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Accountable for the warehouse performance and the achievement of warehouse KPIs
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, quick service restaurant management or any other fast-paced operations environment
• In depth knowledge of operations and experience managing a team of shift workers
• Knowledge of industry’s local legislation
• Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics
