Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Perform sales support function, like handling customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner, organizing orders, preparing invoices and customer service.
- Handle shipping matters including import and export procedures and full set of shipping documentation.
- Act as key interface by providing day-to-day logistics support.
- Maintain accurate inventory record and coordinate with inventory planning.
- Coordinate delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Manage shipments in warehouse, including containers and couriers.
- Communicate with logistics services providers on delivery and stock transfer matter
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Nitec/Diploma or above in Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in handling shipping documents
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel, dealing with an ERP system
- Good knowledge with shipping terms
