5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Finding own leads through search engine or other channels
- Cold calling to businesses / potential customers
- Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
- Assist management in exceeding the sales quota
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Solving customer problem by answering their enquiries
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Maintain records of all telemarketing activities including calls and follow ups
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of developing qualified leads through telephone canvassing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
