$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Keeping track of stock inventory
- Perform sales administrative tasks
- Fulfilment of Sales orders from different sales channels.
- Providing support and coordinating with the sales team on their sales request.
- Provide necessary data/reports requested by the sales team or management team.
- Discuss and plan with the product team on any operation process refinement/requirement for existing or new products.
- Maintain records of all telemarketing activities including calls and follow ups
- Any other ad-hoc duties/ special projects assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- At least a diploma in IT, Engineering or Business-related studies.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in using CRM tools/ portals is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
