SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT ($4500-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Fulfill corporate travel customers’ travel related requests in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and car rentals to result in maximized profitability for the client.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for calls/emails/accuracy/productivity as set by Team Leader.
• Understand client’s preference and offer best options available in terms of pricing and routing.
• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Resolve or escalate customer’s complaints and general queries.
• Plays a proactive role in communicating to Team Leader when encountering issues.
• Work independently, exercising discretion and judgement to resolve problems.
• Minimize errors and mistakes through attention to detail. Develop knowledge of procedures, products, rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the Travel / Tourism industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
