Location: West
Responsibilities
- Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers;
- Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries and process of onboarding;
- Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes;
- Assist in training and ensuring that service quality is upheld;
- Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively;
- Other duties as required to fulfil the requirement of the position.

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, patient and is able and comfortable in communicating with people from all walks of life;
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and is focused in cordinating the tasks on hand to ensure deliverables are met to customers’ satisfaction;
- Strong team player;
- Able to adopt IT processes, is adept in the use of technology and can train drivers in the use of technology to facilitate the workflow;
