GROUP OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$3K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Liaise with overseas operators to coordinate tour & hotel arrangements for Group package tours
• Liaise with Airlines to request air group seats and monitoring all group seats deposit and ticket issuance deadlines
• Issuance of all group air tickets and process air ticket refund (if any)
• Update namelist by recording travellers’ details for each group tour
• Submit Group package travellers’ requests to land operators or Airlines according to their preference (special meals, rooms or any other requests)
• Prepare Pre-tour briefing for group tour departure (prepare briefing booklet, check travellers’ details and issue air tickets)
• Tour guide assignment & prepare EO for tour guide’s expenses and salary
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Tourism & Hospitality sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
